Having been forced to come from behind twice, Blackburn are now cruising against Cambridge United. Harry Leonard adds to their tally to give them a three-goal cushion with less than 10 minutes of normal time remaining.

Newport County 0-0 Eastleigh: National League side Eastleigh have been reduced to 10 men at Rodney Parade after losing George Langston to a straight red card.

Sammy Szmodics scores his second goal of the afternoon to restore parity for Blackburn Rovers again. He’s never scored a senior hat-trick but will fancy his chances today.

Meanwhile in League Two: Karl Robinson is taking charge of his first Salford City match this afternoon and has been banished from the touchline. He’s been shown a straight red card for picking up the ball after it rolled out of play, preventing a Forest Green player from taking a quick throw-in.

With Maidstone already through to the fourth round, their fellow non-league side Chesterfield seem eager to join them. The National League table-toppers lead Championship side Watford courtesy of a Joe Quigly header from just a few yards out.
