The Oilers’ Holloway is out against the Stars due to illness, Gagner comes on


Edmonton Oilers center Dylan Holloway will miss Saturday’s game against the Dallas Stars due to illness and will be replaced in the lineup by Sam Gagner.

Holloway, 22, has played in 24 games for the Oilers this season, recording four points (three goals and one assist). He also played four games for their AHL affiliate, the Bakersfield Condors, this season, scoring an additional four points (two goals and two assists).

Gagner, 34, has 10 points (five goals and five assists) in 23 games with the Oilers and five points (one goal and four assists) in three appearances with the Condors this season.

Gagner missed the Oilers’ last game against the Blues on Thursday.
