Transfer deadline day live: Latest news from Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool

Players ‘love this place’ – Klopp is confident stars will stay in Liverpool

It’s transfer deadline day as the January window draws to a close and Premier League clubs look to complete last-minute deals ahead of tonight’s 11pm deadline.

Chelsea are expected to dominate the final hours of the game as the futures of Conor Gallagher and Armando Broja are still undecided. Chelsea are reportedly willing to sell Gallagher to comply with FFP regulations as long as they get the right offer, and Tottenham are considering a final offer. Broja, another academy product, has since been linked with a late move to Wolves or Fulham, who could do with some goals in the second half of the season.

Newcastle are also on the verge of financial fair play and may have to release players as Bruno Guimaraes, Miguel Almiron and Kieran Trippier are all linked to other clubs. Aston Villa’s Jacob Ramsey has been linked with Tottenham and Bayern Munich to comply with profit and sustainability regulations. And Marcus Rashford’s future at Manchester United is in doubt after his recent row with coach Erik ten Hag. A report suggests Paris Saint-Germain are ready to revive their interest.

Marco Silva had his say

Fulham were linked with a number of potential moves on transfer deadline day and the manager had his say.

“It’s deadline day, for me what I’m doing is a training session and getting ready for the Burnley game. Behind the scenes, the club is trying to do something. Let’s see what will happen,” said Marso Silva, according to Sky Sports.

“The desire for a new striker is not just because Raul Jimenez is injured. Even with Raul in our squad, we sold a striker for a lot of money last summer, we still haven’t replaced him.

“It was important last summer and it was important at the start of the window.

“I will not comment on players, rumors and the like. That’s something I won’t do.

“Maybe Ty Francois is going to Denmark – let’s see if it becomes official.”
